Asbestos Surveys
Asbestos surveys are a crucial part of the asbestos management plan in any non-domestic premises or prior to any refurbishment/demolition work.
We are qualified to conduct asbestos management refurbishment and demolition surveys in accordance with HSE guidance HSG 264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide.
We are able to sample materials that may contain asbestos in accordance with HSG 264 which are then submitted to a UKAS accredited laboratory for analysis. Sampling is carried out as part of the survey or an individual exercise.
We can assist the duty holder in producing asbestos management plans to comply with CAR 2012 regulation 4 with regular review and inspections of ACM’s ongoing.
